RELATIONSHIPS 101

BREAKS IN A RELATIONSHIP

Personally, I'm not a fan of "breaks" in a relationship, Even if your "significant other" needs "time" to prioritize themselves or just to get space, I personally don't believe in them. If the relationship is true and the two involved really DO love and care for each other, then the very thought of being apart from one another wouldn't even BE an option. If one is feeling stressed or overwhelmed then there's always other ways around the problem. Believe it or not its still possible to BE in relationship and figure out a solution than to just walk out. If there's a problem and the other just chooses to up and leave, without even working towards a SOLUTION to the problem, then if the couple gets back together, wouldn't the problem still be there?

There are SO many ways around a break such as:

- Help with each others homework/work
- Help with errands/chores
- Cook dinner so the other can relax
- Give them a relaxing massage or take a quiet trip for two.

I mean that's just the tip of it! Yet if after all this the other STILL insists on a break, then you might as well just pack your bags and leave before you get hurt, no need in waiting around for something that may or may not return.

Then again don't take this to heart, its just my opinion.
