Boston based Hip-Hop group "The High Life" held a release party last week to celebrate their music video premiere/debut single of their track "We Came To Rock" currently on iTunes.
"The High Life", is a super group consisting of well established emcees such as: Carolina Black, Dominik Omega, VICEVERSAH, and last but not least my boy Fran P. The group is currently signed to AR Classic Records, and these cats are creating history within the Boston scene by all getting together and setting the Boston scene on fire!
If the old saying goes "Two heads are better than one" then its obvious that FOUR heads would be better correct?
With the day and age of autotune upon us and mainstream artists trying to be "artsy and creative" with their music, its good to know that there are still emcees out there who appreciate Hip-Hop for what it really is.
Its refreshing honestly, in the track theres no autotune to be heard, no over powering back up vocals, Just a simple beat, dope hook and 4 emcees ripping it at what they do best. This is straight up 100% RAW Hip-Hop, its obvious that The High Life means business.
With top quality tracks, incredible lyrics as well as top quality video production, its only a matter of time until the crew blows up.
